Functional Description:

Lfixture is required for weld repair of worn scavenge tube or fuel nozzle bosses on diffuser case p/n 4083830. Fixture outer segment has cooling water passages with inlet and outlet fittings. Segment locates on the outer surface of the repair boss and 2 adjacent bosses and clamps to an inner diameter copper chill plate. An inner diameter sub-assy is wedged and clamped in position between inner and outer case walls to minimize wall distortion during weld operations
