General Description:
The tray ration heater accessory egg pan is a food grade stainless steel pan designed to sit atop the removable tray pack rack in the tray ration heater. Originally designed as a means to cook ugr egg mix or fresh scrambled eggs, the egg pan is also capable of preparing a variety of food items such as rice, pasta, vegetables, shellfish and seafood. This tray ration heater accessory item expands the production capabilities of the tray ration heater to meet the availability of rations other than ugr h&s.
